What happens after the 14-day trial?

We'll prompt you to pick a plan. Until then, every feature stays available. After the trial expires the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is selected. Your data is never deleted.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Stripe handles proration automatically.

Do you charge per seat?

Each plan includes a soft seat cap (Starter 2, Pro 10, Scale unlimited). Seats are members of your team. Your customers are always free.

How do payments to me work?

Roostr uses Stripe Connect to deposit your customers' invoice payments straight into your bank. Your Roostr subscription is billed separately on the same card.
